Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Practice Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in general practice settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making impactful matches between candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, interview, and assess healthcare professionals for general practice positions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Negotiate and finalize employment offers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in general practice.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

$130,000 – $180,000 OTE
