A locum urgently needed

Locum cover from 21/9 to 4/10 (OR ANY PART OF IT). The hours and

 dates are flexible. The rate for this locum is 150/hr or 75% whichever is the greater. 

The clinic services is now including an RN, dietitian, podiatrist and staffed pathology,

 all onsite. There is also an opportunity for 6 months locum to follow (optional).

 The location is in Langwarrin Plaza, 385 Cranbourne Frankston rd, Langwarrin. 

There will be a minimum guarantee as well followed by 75% to the end of the locum.

 Over the 4 yrs, the clinic has good portfolio of care plans, MCP, health assessment

 and also an added income, all spirometry, ECG, ABI, all charged to the referring doctor

 and done by our nurse. The priority is however for now is for the locum.
